Trade show : Mantis Golf Company plans to exhibit putters at 2013 PGA Expo

WILTON, Conn. -- Mantis Golf, maker of fine putters with specialized patented qualities to enhance putting success, will exhibit its line at the 2013 PGA Expo, to be held Aug. 19-21 in Las Vegas. Beginning with Demo Night Aug. 19 and continuing in booth #1125 during the exhibition days, Mantis Golf will demonstrate its exceptionally-designed putters to attendees, who will have a chance to discover the putting ease and accuracy of Mantis. In addition, company executives will talk with interested sales representatives, as Mantis Golf is in the process of expanding its sales force nationwide.

"Our putters were quite well received at the PGA Merchandise Show last January, and now we look forward to showing our line at the PGA Expo," said Chris Maher, CEO of Mantis Golf.

The original Mantis mallet putters will be on display at the PGA Expo. New Mantis models will be added to the line soon, including a left-handed mallet and a blade model.

About Mantis Golf
With a blend of old-world craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology, Mantis Golf putters feature the finest workmanship and built-in performance elements to help golfers discover and refine their most effective putting strokes. Retro in its simplicity yet revolutionary in its concept, the Mantis putter, with its patented green finish, is designed to minimize the visual attention a golfer gives to the putter and maximize attention to the ball and the line of the putt, thus producing a smoother putting stroke and more consistent results. With a color to match the putting surface, minimal alignment markings and a matte finish to reduce reflection, the Mantis putter, which conforms with USGA rules, does not fight the ball for attention. After all, the putter is part of the show, but the ball is the hero.

Founded in 2012 by Michael Dill and Chris Maher, Mantis Golf Company, which made its début at the 2013 PGA Merchandise Show, was launched with one initial mallet design. Expansion plans include additional putter-head designs as well as the possibility of other clubs where the patent-pending green utility may provide the same benefit.
