CEO change at Intersport Switzerland

Urs Michael Mueller, CEO of Intersport PSC, announced on Wednesday his resignation with immediate effect. Successor is the former Chief Financial Officer Patrick Bundeli.

Nicholas Berry, the majority owner of Intersport, thanked for Müller's dedication and commented on the change as follows: ". Urs Müller was able to consolidate its market share from Intersport on Swiss sporting goods market in the amount of 24 percent and preserve the financial soundness of the business in difficult times" With Patrick Bundeli had been found the right successor, says the English investor.

Patrick Bundeli, certified public accountant, is since 2011 Director of Finance at the Intersport PSC Holding AG and Intersport PSC group. Previously, the 46-year-old worked in the audit by Ernst & Young AG in Bern.
