In this role, Zlaket will work across various brands within the company including Rawlings, Worth, Miken, Debeer, Gait Lacrosse and Jarden Sports Licensing to execute strategic opportunities.

Prior to joining Rawlings, Zlaket spent 20 years at Easton-Bell Sports, Inc. in an executive capacity culminating in the role of President in 2013. Zlaket holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkley.
Zlaket will succeed Robert Parish who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
